Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of goods.
You may loose your right to cancel if sealed goods have been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of the return of goods, lost items or packaging costs after the cancellation of the order.
Goods should be returned within 14 days from the date cancelled.Consumers will be refunded within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods, or evidence has been received of their return, We withhold the right to refund until this evidence has been provided.

Faulty Goods

We will cover the cost of returns for any faulty good received
